Acai berry is a fruit that is a very good addition to your diet. It contains enough antioxidants, minerals and vitamins A and C to strengthen your immune system and provide your daily nutritional needs.
Acai berry as a dietary supplement should be consumed at least once daily. You can either consume it in tablet, powdered, or concentrate form, or as a puree or juice. There are also other Acai products being sold in the market like yogurts, ice cream, and energy drinks.
